Welcome to erek08. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and erek08 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of our online betting and gaming services.

• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of erek08 and their immediate family members
• Individuals with existing self-exclusion agreements

• Individuals acting on behalf of third parties or using shared accounts

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To register with erek08, you must:

• Provide accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Create a unique username and strong password.
• Maintain only one account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account.

4.2 Account Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by VIP tier. Deposits are processed instantly during banking hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). You must deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must meet the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000
• Account must be fully verified (KYC complete)
• Withdrawal method must match deposit method where possible
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled
• Standard daily withdrawal limit: Rp 50,000,000 (higher limits for VIP members)

Processing times: Standard accounts receive withdrawals within 24 hours. VIP Silver members within 4 hours. VIP Gold members receive instant approval. Withdrawals requested after 22:00 WIB will be processed the next business day.

5.3 Fees and Charges

erek08 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Currency exchange fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

We comply with international anti-money laundering regulations. Suspicious transactions will be investigated and may result in account suspension. You must wager at least 1x (one times) your deposit amount before withdrawal. Frequent deposits followed by immediate withdrawals without gaming activity may trigger AML review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by erek08 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply to sports betting bonuses.
• Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute less).
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering bonus funds (typically Rp 10,000 per bet).

• Low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements
• Collusion with other players
• Delaying game rounds or bets to manipulate outcomes
• Using software or automated systems to complete wagering

6.3 VIP Program

Our VIP program offers three tiers: Bronze (free entry), Silver (Rp 10,000,000+ total deposits), and Gold (Rp 50,000,000+ total deposits). VIP benefits include cashback, faster withdrawals, higher limits, dedicated account managers, and exclusive promotions. VIP status is reviewed monthly and may be downgraded if activity requirements are not met.

7. Betting Rules and Conditions

7.1 Bet Placement

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or withdrawn except in cases where the event is officially canceled or postponed. You are responsible for ensuring bet details are correct before confirmation. erek08 is not liable for user errors in bet placement.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. For football (bandar bola markets), this includes leagues such as BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League. Settlement rules:

• Matches must be completed for bets to stand (unless otherwise stated).
• Postponed matches: bets remain valid if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are void.
• Abandoned matches: bets are void unless the outcome was already determined at the time of abandonment.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola) rules apply as per industry standards.
• Accumulator bets (mix parlay) require all selections to win; one void selection voids the entire bet unless stated otherwise.

7.3 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are regularly audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical averages over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly.

7.4 Traditional Games

Traditional Indonesian games such as togel (numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting) are subject to their respective draw schedules and result announcements. Results are final once officially published and cannot be contested.

7.5 Technical Issues

In the event of technical errors, game malfunctions, or incorrect odds display, erek08 reserves the right to void affected bets. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users. Your sole remedy in such cases is a refund of the original stake.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to place bets or play games.
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access or use your account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent limits or claim multiple bonuses.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after using funds to gamble.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward staff or other users.

We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperate with law enforcement when criminal activity is suspected.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

erek08 strives for 99.8% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Third-party payment processing delays
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice where possible)

9.2 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. erek08 is not responsible for:

• Gambling losses resulting from your betting decisions
• Losses due to your failure to secure your account credentials
• Consequences of your failure to comply with local gambling laws
• Tax liabilities arising from your gambling winnings (consult a tax professional regarding Indonesian tax obligations)

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of erek08 services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining balance. Accounts with pending bets or active bonuses cannot be closed until those obligations are settled.

10.2 Termination by erek08

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You engage in prohibited activities as defined in Section 8
• You fail to complete KYC verification within requested timeframes
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, your account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, minus any applicable fees or deductions for violations.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 will be deducted from dormant account balances. Accounts with zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws of our licensing jurisdiction. References to Indonesian context (such as age requirements, payment methods, and cultural considerations) are included for user convenience but do not imply that erek08 is licensed or regulated by Indonesian authorities.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of erek08 services should first be addressed through our customer support at [email protected]. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve complaints within 14 business days.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to independent arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against erek08.
